| MEPAG recognizes that Mars science (and science planning) advances in part
by means of theme-based workshops and conferences. Many such workshops/conferences
produce summary reports, which can contain useful information about the
current state of knowledge in the theme area, and community-based priorities
regarding remaining or new unanswered questions. As long as such reports
do not represent statements of individual advocacy, MEPAG can make them
available for reference on this web site. In doing so, MEPAG's intent is
to encourage the rapid and widespread dissemination of pertinent information
to the Mars community. However, the reports in this space do not represent
formal MEPAG or NASA positions, and no endorsement is implied. |
